On Saturday, Jan. 16 at 6 p.m., the Parks & Rec will present its Winter Wonderland feature, the 2006 feel-good animated film “Happy Feet.” The characters are fun, the Antarctic landscapes mesmerizing, the storyline sweet, and the music is dazzling.
